We are a capacity-building and networking organization driven by a dynamic multidisciplinary team of young female professionals. We focus on equipping young women and adolescent girls in Sierra Leone with the skills and knowledge they need to become influential female societal leaders. SGE is unwavering in its mission to empower young females aged 10-35, enabling them to impact their communities positively. In the next three years, we aim to reach 900,000 people through media campaigns and hosting safe spaces.
